Sales Literature & Shelf Life

Upon placing the first order Retailers will receive specific information about our brand, which may include production process and description, ingredients, tasting notes, packaging information, shelf life, and recommended storage and display. Vivilicious unique selling points and characteristics will be delivered promptly to make sure retailers are appropriately informed (e.g. adequate display away from heat source).

Ordering & Turning Around

Our commercial orders are placed by phone or email. Call us directly at (508) 657-4565 or email commercial@vivilicioustreats.com and we will send you a digital invoice within 24 hours. Our turnaround is generally 5-7 business days. Larger orders or those during peak season (e.g. December 5-15) may require more time.

Orders should be placed monthly, but weekly delivery can be arranged to make sure you always have fresh Vivilicious onsite. We are not requiring a minimum resale value or quantity for the two first orders. Our goal is to establish a fruitful and long-lastingpartnership with local retailers. We reserve the right to adjust selection and individual quantities.

Pricing

All authorized retailers will receive a % off based on our direct to consumer price as posted on our website. We can revisit pricing once some sales figures provide volume estimates. Final retail price may not exceed 2.5% below currently listed product equivalent pricing on Vivilicious website.

Support Program

We are committed to your successful sales of Vivilicious to complement your retail sales expectations. We can spend time onsite offering samples to your patrons if feasible. We will also use our media outlets and website to advertise and drive foot traffic to your location. We are confident that the orders you place will sell.
