Are Vivilicious truffles for everyone?

Our handcrafted truffles are made for EVERYONE who appreciates decadent flavors in a cloud-like texture without being overbearingly sweet. Vivilicious truffles are perfect for those interested in fresh and simple wholesome treats; and for those who crave the uniqueness of global flavors. Our truffles will satisfy the sophisticated palates of those who are looking for honest food without preservatives, food colorings and fillers.

How are Vivilicious truffles different from ordinary truffles?

Vivilicious truffles are a careful fusion of Brazilian and French classic chocolate delicacies, with a soft and velvety mouthfeel and a delicate chocolate coating for our enrobed selections. They are made with pure, premium chocolate, and the highest quality cream, butter, nuts, and fruits. We refuse to use chocolate containing added oils or hydrogenated fats. When you read our label, you will be able to pronounce all of our ingredients! Vivilicious truffles are freshly made to order, and due to this freshness their shelf life would be shorter than other comparable products. Please note this regarding our shipping policy.

Do Vivilicious treats contain gluten or food allergens?

All Vivilicious truffles are Gluten-free. Our kitchen, however, produces items that contain peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat and soy. While we know that this may impact some of our customers, your health and well-being would remain our highest priority, so please be mindful of your allergies before ordering.

How should I store Vivilicious treats?

Vivilicious truffles should be stored in a cool, dry location away from light, ideally below 70oF. They are best consumed within 10 days of purchasing for optimal taste, texture, and freshness. If necessary, truffles may be frozen. Before freezing, truffles should be removed from their box and wrapped in an airtight package to prevent freezer burn or exposure to moisture. Once frozen, they should be thawed in the refrigerator for 24 hours, and allowed at least 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. A slight change in freshness and texture may be noted for truffles that have been previously frozen. Avoid microwaving the truffles. Reheating in a microwave will strongly impact the taste and texture of our product. It is best to store chocolates away from products with strong odors since chocolate absorbs odors.

How is sales tax calculated?

Where applicable, Vivilicious is required to charge state and/or local sales taxes depending on where your order will ship.

How do I get free shipping?

You automatically qualify for free shipping when you spend over $100 on a single order. To receive additional promotional codes, join our Selected Group email list here.

What are Vivilicious shipping and refund policies?

At Vivilicious, we take pride in making masterful and delicate treats to delight you. Standard ground shipping costs $9.99 within the USA. We offer free shipping with orders over $100 within the USA. Your orders are guaranteed to arrive at the shipping address provided correctly. If you are not entirely happy with any purchase, you may contact us within (2) days of delivery receipt to request a complimentary replacement. When contacting us, please have ready the following information: • Order number • Shipping address • Detailed description of your issue • Photos of damaged products, damaged shipping boxes, and/or incorrect products (if applicable). Please note that refunds are not offered on food products and all sales are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable when a shipping address is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase by the client.

How long will it take for my treats to arrive?

Our products are made to order. Please kindly allow us 3-4 days for production and processing. If you order by noon on Tuesday, your treats will be shipped no later than Saturday of that week. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will ship no later than the following Tuesday. Large orders or unforeseen factors beyond our control may impact this shipping schedule, and we will reach out if any such delays arise. Contact us if you need your order delivered sooner to make proper arrangements. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses. After the first delivery attempt, we are not responsible for contents lost, damaged, or otherwise compromised (e.g. melted) after delivery. During the hotter months, we will plan to ship orders over $45 with complimentary insulation and cold packs to maintain optimal shipping temperatures. These shipping parameters are not fail-safe and we strongly recommend clients in hotter climates to store appropriately immediately upon receipt (see above). Conditions below 32o F for extended periods should be minimized for optimal flavor and product freshness. Reach out to us directly prior to ordering if temperature extremes for your location are expected. Please feel free to contact us at for insulation and cold packs on small orders.

What is the Vivilicious return policy?

For your satisfaction, Vivilicious will ascertain that you get the correct product delivered to your location as fresh as when they left our kitchen. Any mistakes on our part regarding order fulfillment will be corrected at no cost to you. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us. We will evaluate, on a case-by-case basis, the possibility of you returning the truffles in their original packaging for replacement. Please understand that any opened food products can not be returned for a refund. This policy does not apply to any custom order (e.g. catering, gifts, customized flavors or assortments). If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable or damaged due to customer neglect. If your items are returned back to us due to insufficient/incorrect address, we can send again with the shipping costs covered by the client. We do not offer free-of-charge order replacements for undeliverable shipments, that are returned by the carrier, due to incorrect addresses provided, or if the product is damaged or compromised as a result of this address error.

What if the order I receive is not the order I placed?

We will ensure that you get the correct truffle box/sizes/ truffle types as specified in your order. If you receive the wrong order, simply contact us and let us know. We will provide you with the right product that you enjoy.

Do you ship to other countries outside of the USA?
